Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Critiqa. If it's not working out, here's how refunds work.

Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. If you're within that window, just email us and we'll process it.

After 7 days, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime licenses come with a 30-day refund window. If you purchased a lifetime plan and it's not what you expected, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@critiqa.pro with:

We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days.

How Refunds Are Processed

All payments go through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paddle. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding to get free access). This has never happened and we hope it stays that way.
